Andrew Adams is CEO and cofounder of Headway, a healthcare start-up dedicated to building a new mental healthcare system where everyone can access the quality care that’s right for them. Adams started Headway after a challenging experience finding affordable therapy when he moved to New York. Since its 2019 launch, Headway has facilitated nearly 5 million in-network appointments annually across the US. Headway has raised over $125 million at a $1 billion valuation from leading venture capital firms such as Andreessen Horowitz, GV, Thrive Capital, and Accel.

Adams has a background in product engineering within customer tech and graduated from Stanford with a BA in English and minor in computer science, as well as a MS in management science and engineering.
