Rule 7: Mix of Skills, Common Culture

In building teams, it is important to have a mix of skills and backgrounds with both the young and the experienced. Still, the most important factor is hiring a person who fits in with the team and will mesh with the team culture. The CEO is the hardest position to hire; they must be someone that you can both learn from and have fun working with.
