OHUB CEO and executive chairman Rodney Sampson invites all aspiring entrepreneurs to become allies in antiracist practice. White allies have always been instrumental in the fight for racial justice, he points out. He encourages white entrepreneurs in particular to stand up for equity by partnering with Black and Brown entrepreneurs as co-founders, investors, advisors, network-builders and colleagues.
